• No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any reason, including texture, length, or color preferences.

• Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for double-checking all order details—such as product type, texture, length, and shipping address—before submitting payment.

• No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
  

Defective or Incorrect Items

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you believe you received an incorrect item or a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the item(s) in question
